Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with

  candidate coordination

  – scheduling calls, updating status, and follow-ups
• Draft and send

  professional emails and messages

  to candidates and clients
• Maintain trackers and sheets using

  Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Use basic

  AI tools

  like ChatGPT to prepare documents, review resumes, or generate summaries
• Organize and file digital and physical documents
• Maintain confidentiality and support the Director in confidential activities
• Act as a

  point of contact

  between the Director and external/internal parties
• Assist in logistics and operational follow-ups (local tasks as needed)

Requirements:

• Residing within

  5 km radius of G.N. Mills, Coimbatore

  (mandatory)
• Good

  spoken and written English

  communication
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Familiarity or interest in

  AI tools / technology

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of integrity and discretion

Preferred Qualities:

• Willing to learn and adapt quickly
• Reliable and punctual
• Presentable and professional demeanor
• Experience working in support or coordination roles is a plus
