Human Resources Assistant

As an integral part of the HR team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Your role will involve: - Assisting with recruitment efforts, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and completion of all necessary documentation. - Maintaining and updating employee records both in HRIS and physical files for accuracy and compliance purposes. - Supporting the HR team in administering benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits. - Preparing various HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement events and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Helping to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain a healthy work environment.
