Human Resources Assistant

As an experienced IT recruiter with at least 1+ years of experience in IT organizations or IT recruitment, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates who meet the organization's IT requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and orienting new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company. You will play a crucial role in contributing to performance management activities such as appraisal cycles and performance improvement plans. Your efforts will help create a vibrant, fun, learning, and growth-oriented culture within the organization. Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining employee data and personnel files, as well as keeping track of leave records. In this role, you will be expected to develop and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting employee engagement activities to boost morale and foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be involved in handling vendor management activities to ensure smooth operations.
