Job Description

Lead HR Ops

  1. Organization Context

Position Title:

  1. Job Objective

To leverage expertise in HR operations to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and deliver efficient, high-quality HR services that support business goals and improve employee experience.

  1. Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

  1. Adherence to statutory compliances

  • To ensure strict adherence with all the statutory acts and compliances related to Factory Act
  • Share PF/ESIC data to consultancy
  • Complete UAN activation and nominations


  1. Disciplinary actions / Employee Grievance


  • Completion of disciplinary hearing and its documentation as per timelines
  • Issuance of warning letters as per timelines
  • Process Absconding letters, absconding case
  1. HR Operations

  • Updating & maintaining associates data on the online platform/system
  • Support associates on attendance, payroll and leave related queries
  • Issuance of confirmation letters as per timelines
  • Mediclaim assistance to associate


  1. Offboarding

  • Adhering to all the exit formalities as per the separation checklist.
  1. PO/PR , Newgen.

  • PR generation.
  • PO process.
  • Cost comparison data
  • Newgen WI & payment trackers.

Internal process :-

  1. Effective maintenance of scorecards & trackers - Maintain various trackers on weekly / monthly basis. as per Plant/Corporate/Central requirements.
  2. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.


Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR
