Job Description

Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company: NNIIT

Location: Hyderabad

About NNIIT:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and execute
effective hiring strategies
to attract top talent for various roles
Utilize
job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
to identify potential candidates
Conduct
initial HR screenings
and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for future hiring needs
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Maintain and update
recruitment databases and reports
Assist in employer branding initiatives to position NNIIT as an employer of choice
Stay updated with
industry trends and best practices
in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA in HR or a relevant field is preferred and will be an ideal fit
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment
Proficiency in
HR software, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
is a plus
Prior experience in
talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
is preferred but not mandatory
