Job Description

Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company: NNIIT

Location: Hyderabad

About NNIIT:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and execute

    effective hiring strategies

    to attract top talent for various roles
  • Utilize

    job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals

    to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct

    initial HR screenings

    and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a

    strong talent pipeline

    for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Maintain and update

    recruitment databases and reports

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to position NNIIT as an employer of choice
  • Stay updated with

    industry trends and best practices

    in talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in HR or a relevant field is preferred and will be an ideal fit

  • Strong understanding of

    recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies

  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a

    fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in

    HR software, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    is a plus
  • Prior experience in

    talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR

    is preferred but not mandatory
