Job Description:
We are hiring an energetic and driven HR Recruiter – Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our Malad office. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in recruitment and talent strategy, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, people-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business needs
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
