Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates. Ensure timely filling of open positions by meeting deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (HR/IR). MBA/PGDM degree preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing profiles, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
