Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain, update, and manage all sales-related data, including inquiries, quotations, orders, and client records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems (CRM, ERP, Excel sheets, etc.).
• Consolidate reports from various branches or regions for management review.

2. Business Analysis

• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate dashboards and MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Support management in sales performance reviews and business planning.

3. Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement improvements in data collection and reporting systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of reports to management.
• Coordinate with the IT team for MIS-related system updates and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in

  Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems

  , or related field.

• 2–4 years

  of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the

  construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment

  sector.
• Experience working with sales teams and handling large data sets.
