Location: Thane (Hybrid Mode) 5 Days Working Experience: 6 months – 2 years Focus: 80% Recruitment | 20% HR OperationsWhat You’ll Do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing to onboarding. Identify and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Support HR operations – documentation, onboarding, and HR data management. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to HR initiatives.What We’re Looking For: 6 months–2 years of hands-on E2E recruitment experience. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of job portals & ATS tools. Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field. Thane-based candidates preferred (Hybrid working model).
