Job Description

JOBOGRAPHY RECRUITING SERVICES

  1. Candidate Sourcing

    :
    • Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  1. Screening & Shortlisting

    :
    • Review resumes and applications to assess the qualifications and suitability of candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for the role and company culture.

  1. Database Management

    :
    • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM tools.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  1. Employer Branding Support

    :
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the companys employer brand on social media and other platforms.
    • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent engagement activities.

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration

    :
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and challenges.

  1. Market Research

    :
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies.
    • Provide insights on market salary trends and candidate availability.

  1. Candidate Experience

    :
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates and Under Graduates are eligible for the role.
  • Fresher & Experience folks are open to apply for the role.
  • If having experience, candidate needs to be familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and reporting.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) is a plus.
