We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team, focused on non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring across functions Role & responsibilities Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and databases for high-volume, non-IT roles. Execute large-scale hiring drives and recruitment campaigns to meet manpower requirements in sales, support, field, and operational roles. Schedule, conduct, and assess candidates through telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews. Work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and business units to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures. Maintain communication with shortlisted candidates, ensure offer acceptance, and reduce drop-out rates. Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in non-IT and/or volume hiring Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine), LinkedIn, and internal databases Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Why Join Us?
