HR Recruiter Staffing Firm

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job roles and client requirements in detail
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
Coordinate with clients and follow up on feedback
Maintain and update candidate records in the database
Ensure timely closures of open positions
Build strong pipelines for future requirements

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
