Role Overview

HR Intern Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases
  
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
  
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  
• Support onboarding activities and related HR documentation
  
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Eagerness to learn and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
