Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR / IT Recruiter with 0–1 year of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in hiring qualified IT and non-IT professionals based on the company’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social networks, and internal references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring tracker.
Support onboarding activities (offer release, documentation, joining formalities).
Coordinate with HR team for end-to-end recruitment.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up on feedback and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles (training will be provided).
Strong sourcing and screening ability.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email etiquette)
