Shifts: Rotational (Aligned to US Time Zones)

Work Days: Rotating week (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Wed–Sun)

Job Purpose

To support HR operations by handling employee and candidate queries through calls, emails, and chats. This role focuses on recruitment support, document verification, and resolving HR related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming HR queries via phone, email, and chat
• Accurately log all interactions into HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Support onboarding and rehiring processes
• Guide users on using self-service HR tools and portals
• Follow data privacy (GDPR) and security protocols
• Conduct proper identity and document verification
• Make follow-up calls when necessary
• Keep documentation (DTPs, Knowledge Base, SharePoint) up to date
• Maintain attendance and adhere to HR policies
• Deliver excellent service to avoid complaints and escalations Skills Required
• Familiarity with HR tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Basic technical skills and ability to learn quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools Experience

Salary & Pay Details

Freshers -₹25,000

0 – 6 months =₹28,000 (Must provide previous company documents)

7 months – 3 years= ₹30,000–₹35,000 (Based on experience and document validity)

Note: Salary is processed by Joules to Watts on behalf of Accenture.

Interview Process

1. Versant Test – Minimum score: 60

2. Communication/Discussion (CD) Interview

3. Operations Interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
