Claims Processor-Non voice process

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in the healthcare industry? Accenture Client Payroll - J2W is hiring for the role of Claims Processor (Non-Voice Process) in Airoli, Mumbai.

As a Claims Processor, you will be a key player in providing business solutions for the healthcare claims function. This is a non-voice backend process that involves end-to-end insurance claims processing.

What you will do:

* Receive, edit, and price healthcare claims

* Adjudicate and process claim payments

* Use your system and process knowledge to deliver efficient business solutions

* Continuously support and improve the insurance claims process

Who we are looking for:

* Any graduate (2025 pass-outs) with strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

* Candidates with good written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Someone who is comfortable working in a non-voice backend role.

* Basic knowledge of the insurance or healthcare domain is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday work week. We offer a competitive salary of ₹20,100 CTC (₹15,400 In-Hand), along with a 2-way cab facility for up to 30 km.

Note: B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, or candidates with a technical background are not eligible for this role.
