Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing:

    Attendance Tracking , Calculate and process salaries, wages, taxes, and other deductions for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Benefits Administration:

    Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, and other allowances.
  • HRMS Management:

    Oversee and maintain employee data within the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Record-Keeping:

    Create, update, and maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and payroll details.
  • Onboarding:

    Assist in the onboarding process by collecting new hire paperwork and entering new employee data into the HRMS.
  • Employee Support:

    Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as payroll inquiries, benefits, and policy adherence.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in using HR and payroll software for data management and processing.

Needed for payroll calculations and record reconciliation.
