Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions. Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and shortlist suitable candidates. Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding application status updates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in HR or related field (recruitment). Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and techniques. Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) required; knowledge of ATS systems an added advantage.
