The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include employee recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. The Human Resource Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
