This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Udaipur. The role entails overseeing the daily HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing payroll, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also be responsible for training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
