Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 34 years of experience in handling HR functions in a manufacturing setup. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, and supporting management in building a motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for staff and workmen. - Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize selections. - Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace environment. - Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention programs. - Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Statutory Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements. - Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and related documentation. - Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and workers. - Support skill development and performance management initiatives.
