Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Manager

Location:- Madiwala, Kormanagala

Shift timings:- 6PM-3AM

5days working ( Mon-Fri)

One way transportation is provided ( Drop)

Dinner is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, performance issues, and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure prompt and fair resolution.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, respect, and open communication.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
  • Work with leadership to identify training and development needs.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when needed.

4. Compliance & HR Policy

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.
  • Review and update company policies and handbooks regularly.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify skills gaps and propose relevant training programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions and employee development plans.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness in the industry.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism).
  • Prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 610 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
