Job Description

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 6 Years Timings: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST Location: Bengaluru Roles and Responsibilities: Execute Bench Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment activities, fostering relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients. Achieve regular targets independently in a fast-paced environment. Identify suitable requirements from job boards and social networking sites, sharing them with consultants. Mobilize prospective consultants through networking and cold calling. Create and maintain assignment track sheets according to company standards. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners. Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans. Demonstrate knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2) and US immigration laws (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT). Understand IT concepts and technologies. Find opportunities for OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work-authorized consultants. Can be able to place H1 Transfers, OPT and CPT consultants in a given time. Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients/VMS Clients. Proven track record in placements with a results-oriented approach. Desired Skills: Positive attitude with a sense of responsibility and urgency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Results-oriented, strategic thinking, and timely delivery. Self-starter with a Can-Do and Will-Do attitude. Strong leadership skills and ability to work both independently and as a team player. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
