Human Resource Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Gachibowli Experience Required: 5 - 7 years in HR roles with progressive responsibility Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and support our HR initiatives, strategies, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of proven experience in human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR strategies with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop workforce planning strategies with department heads Manage employer branding and talent outreach efforts 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives Facilitate internal communications and employee feedback programs 3. Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal systems Support managers in setting KPIs, providing feedback, and identifying training needs Guide performance improvement plans when necessary 4. HR Policy & Compliance Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies Manage internal audits and support external HR-related audits 5. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll administration in coordination with the finance team Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships Conduct market benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments 6. Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities Track training outcomes and ROI 7. HR Metrics & Reporting Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill, etc.) Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred) 5 - 7 years of HR generalist or HR managerial experience Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus Key Skills of an HR Manager: Leadership & People Management Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen Decision-Making & Ethical Judgment Organizational & Time Management Skills Personal Attributes: High emotional intelligence (EQ) Empathetic and approachable Confidential and trustworthy Results-driven and adaptable How to Apply: If you're ready to make a significant impact on the operational success of a rapidly growing Tech company, wed love to hear from you!
