Job Description

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and address employee grievances or issues.

- Conduct regular engagement activities and surveys to understand employee satisfaction and needs.

Performance Management:

- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and development plans.

- Work closely with managers to provide feedback, coaching, and training for continuous employee improvement.

Training and Development:

- Identify skill gaps and design training programs for employee growth and career development.

- Organize workshops, mentorships, and other learning opportunities to upskill the workforce.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with payroll regulations.

- Review and update benefits packages to stay competitive and align with employee needs.

Compliance and Policy Development:

- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company standards.

- Develop, implement, and communicate company policies regarding workplace conduct, safety, and other relevant areas.

HR Strategy and Planning:

- Align HR initiatives with business goals to support organizational growth.

- Regularly review and update HR practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Data and Reporting:

- Maintain HR metrics and analyze data for insights into employee turnover, satisfaction, and other key areas.

- Provide reports to senior management on HR activities and employee performance.

Leadership and Team Management: Ability to inspire and manage an HR team, provide direction, and maintain morale.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
