JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Education
: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters (e.g., MBA or MHRM) preferred.
Experience
: Typically, 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity and Team handling.
HR Certifications
(preferred): SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, HR analytics tools, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
Legal & Compliance Knowledge
: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory standards.
