Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. Develop job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for staffing needs. Manage onboarding and orientation programs. Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Foster a positive working environment aligned with company culture. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize learning sessions and workshops. Encourage career development and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive salary structures. Administer payroll and benefits programs. HR Strategy: Contribute to organizational planning and strategic initiatives. Lead HR projects and process improvements.
