Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewelry retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewelry pieces, providing detailed product information, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers into the showroom with professionalism and warmth. Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations. Showcase jewelry pieces effectively, explaining features, materials, pricing, and after-sales services. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor stock levels and inform the manager about fast-moving items. Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge. Handle customer complaints or queries with patience and professionalism. Requirements: High school diploma or higher (Bachelors degree preferred). Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in [language(s) as required – e.g., English, Hindi, local language]. Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, MS Office). Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
