The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role requires effective communication across all levels of the organization and ensuring that HR practices align with the company's objectives. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills Employee Relations and Performance Management experience Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Training and Development facilitation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Surat Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
