Job Description

Assessing the talent and human resource need-gap analysis, devising a recruitment plan and matching timely demands.
Creating job profiles, job posting, lining up interviews, holding assessments and shortlisting the best employees to fill positions.
Maintaining a smooth induction onboarding process, defining employee career path, training programs and cost to company.
Manage company asset allocation to employees, negotiation, compensation, benefit plans and perquisites for each role.
Conducting Inductions - This involves welcoming new employees to the organization and providing them with necessary information, training, and resources to integrate them into the company culture and their roles effectively.
Employee Engagement- Working on Fun or Festival or events activities in Office : This could involve organizing activities or celebrations within the office to boost morale, celebrate achievements, or mark special occasions such as holidays or team milestones.
Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
