We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic HRBP Interns to support the HR Business Partnering function. This internship offers hands-on exposure to employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and people-related processes, providing a foundation for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist HRBPs in day-to-day employee relations activities.

Support in conducting employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.

Help in managing HR operations such as onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

Work on attendance, leave, and attrition data management and reporting.

Partner with HRBPs to analyze HR metrics and recommend insights.

Participate in performance management cycle activities (goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals).

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.

Provide support in grievance handling and employee connects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Graduation (mandatory) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory).

Previous internship or academic exposure to HR concepts is an added advantage.
