Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR reports
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and compliance
• Handle basic HR queries from employees and interns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Work Type: Full-time / Onsite (as applicable)
• Stipend: As per company policy
