Human Resource Intern

EduSolve Learn is seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team in Calicut. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings.
• Maintain candidate databases and handle documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination.
• Foster a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Availability: Must be available to work On-site (Monday to Saturday).
• Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a keen interest in HR.

Work Details:

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday.
• Stipend/Salary: To be discussed during the interview (based on performance/company standards).
