Human Resource Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, campus hiring, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling and feedback collection.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding support for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring progress and metrics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure with time management and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of domestic and international hiring practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Details:

Stipend during Internship: Rs 10k/month
