Human Resource Intern

As an HR Intern at our company, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department with administrative tasks and HR-related activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Updating company databases with new employee information and employment details. - Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies. - Coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates. - Posting job advertisements on various platforms and removing them once vacancies are filled. - Assisting in gathering market salary information. - Helping in the planning and organization of company events. - Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. - Coordinating new hire orientations. - Addressing staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field. - Previous experience working in an office environment. - Knowledge of U.S. labor laws. - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent administrative and organizational abilities. - Effective communication and attention to detail.
