Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    end-to-end recruitment activities

    such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Support

    onboarding and induction

    processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update

    employee databases, attendance, and HR records

    .
  • Help plan and coordinate

    employee engagement events and activities

    .
  • Prepare

    HR letters, reports, and internal communications

    as needed.
  • Provide support in

    HR operations

    , including documentation, filing, and compliance.
  • Assist the HR team in

    performance management and feedback tracking

    .
  • Ensure

    confidentiality

    of employee information and uphold HR ethics at all times.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and employee management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    and

    Google Workspace tools

    .
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

  • MBA in HR or related specialization (preferred, but not mandatory).

Good to Have:

  • Prior internship or coursework in

    HR or Recruitment

  • Familiarity with

    ATS / HRMS tools

    such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Zoho People.
  • Knowledge of

    basic labor laws and HR policies
