Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities such as events, contests, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Partner with the HR team to gather feedback and suggest ideas to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Organize team bonding initiatives, including celebrations, cultural events, and learning sessions.
  • Track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and share insights on the effectiveness of programs.

Desired Profile:

  • Currently pursuing studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with event planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and fostering a positive work environment.
