Human Resource Intern

About the Role :We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms Engage with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience Assist the HR team in other day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities Requirements: Currently pursuing/completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and basic MS Office tools Eager to learn and build a career in HR & recruitment What You’ll Gain: Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment Opportunity to work with diverse hiring requirements Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals A stepping stone toward a career in Human Resources
