Role & responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support onboarding by handling documentation and induction formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Help with payroll support, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist with compliance and HR policy-related tasks.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation in

    BMS (HR specialization) or equivalent

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
