Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Interns to support our HR department in administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR documentation. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and people-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support employee on boarding, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal databases. Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions. Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities. Coordinate training sessions and performance management reviews. Address basic employee queries related to policies, leaves, payroll, etc. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
