Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support employee on boarding, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal databases. Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions. Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities. Coordinate training sessions and performance management reviews. Address basic employee queries related to policies, leaves, payroll, etc. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
