Human Resource Intern

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. - Supporting the onboarding process by preparing materials, conducting orientations, and facilitating a seamless transition for new hires. - Participating in employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Assisting with performance management processes by monitoring employee progress and maintaining performance records. - Supporting HR operations by updating employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR tasks. - Contributing to HR projects focused on employee development, training programs, and policy updates. - Collaborating with the HR team to ensure effective and timely communication with employees. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and practices.
