Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Search and identify potential candidates on job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Screen resumes based on job descriptions provided. 1-Initial Screening & Coordination: Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients or internal teams. 2-Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers (Excel, ATS tools). Organize and tag resumes for future reference. 3-Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms. Promote open positions on social media to attract candidates. 4-Communication & Follow-up: Send interview call letters and feedback. Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. 5-Reporting: Assist in generating daily/weekly recruitment reports. Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire. 6-Learning & Development: Stay updated with current recruiting techniques and tools. Participate in HR meetings, trainings, and discussions.
