Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers while maintaining high levels of empathy and understanding. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to International Process (US/UK). Proficiency in Back Office Operations, Blended Process, GDS systems, Travel Process knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
