About the Role

As an HR intern you will have to work with different HR associates and managers to streamline HR activities across the organization. It is a temporary position that will help you explore different HR dynamics and how the real-HR world works.

HR Intern Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
• Contribute to training program coordination.
• Assist in maintaining employee database and records.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
• Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human resources or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Certification or specialized training in Human Resources
