Human Resource Generalist

Hiring & Recruitment

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, accounts, and support roles.

2. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

3. Source profiles through job portals, referrals, and social platforms.

4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

5. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

Attendance Management

1. Maintain daily attendance records through attendance systems / registers.

2. Track late arrivals, leaves, weekly offs, and holidays.

3. Coordinate with managers to resolve attendance discrepancies.

4. Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

Sales Expense Management

1. Verify and process expense claims submitted by sales team.

2. Ensure expenses are as per company policy and approved limits.

3. Maintain proper documentation and expense MIS.

4. Coordinate with accounts team for timely reimbursement.

Onboarding

1. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.

2. Coordinate joining formalities and collect required employee documents.

3. Update employee records in HR systems / files.

4. Ensure smooth joining experience for new employees.

Induction & Employee Orientation

1. Conduct induction sessions for new joiners.

2. Explain company policies, HR processes, attendance, and reporting structure.

3. Coordinate with respective departments for role-specific orientation.

4. Act as the first point of contact for new employees during initial days.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Basic knowledge of HR processes

2. Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Confidentiality and attention to detail.
