Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit formalities
  • Monitor attendance (Biometric/HRMS), shifts, and leave management
  • Support payroll processing, advances, recoveries, and deductions
  • Coordinate statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) with contractors
  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, and counselling
  • Maintain HR records, personal files, and documentation
  • Prepare HR MIS, manpower, and compliance reports
  • Support admin, welfare, and employee engagement activities at site

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR
  • 6-8 years experience in HR operations / generalist role (site/project preferred)
  • Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and contractor management
  • Strong coordination, communication, and Excel skills
