Role Overview: You will be responsible for working on a complete recruitment cycle, resolving day-to-day admin-related issues, managing applications in ATS, handling employee engagement, assigning work to office staff, handling the onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring structured management of all important company data. Additionally, you will be working on other administration-related tasks.
