About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Innovation
: Act as a thought partner in identifying and driving transformation initiatives across the HR function using digital tools and emerging technologies.
Lead research and experimentation initiatives to integrate automation, AI, and workflow optimization into HR processes.
Technology & Product Partnership
: Partner closely with the Tech and Product teams to design and co-create internal HR tools (e.g., chatbot systems, CRM workflows, employee self-service platforms).
Translate HR business problems into structured product specs and collaborate on the delivery of robust, scalable tech solutions.
HR Analytics & Data-led Insights:
Build HR dashboards and predictive models using modern HR Analytics tools.
Leverage data insights to address challenges related to attrition, productivity, engagement, and workforce planning.
Process Re-engineering & HR Transformation
: Analyze and redesign core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, L&D, rewards) to be data-driven and tech-enabled.
Use agile, iterative approaches to test, learn, and scale solutions rapidly.

Experience & Skills

2-3 years of experience in HR COE, HR Transformation, HR Tech consulting, or People Analytics.
Strong interest in leveraging technology to modernize HR operations and improve employee experience.
Exposure to building internal HR tools or working with product/engineering teams on digital projects.
Hands-on experience with HR Analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.
