Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee engagement, learning & development, and employee benefits administration, along with a passion for fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Role & responsibilities

Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development programs.
Manage employee benefits and welfare programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
Partner with leadership to address workforce needs and promote a healthy work environment.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in relavant field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist functions.
Prior experience in the telecom industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiner preferred.
